Returns & Exchanges

You have to contact us prior to returning any products. 

Please e-mail us the reason of the return or exchange.

Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs. (Except if you received a damaged or faulty item).

In case a return shipment goes missing, you must be able to provide a tracking code link as proof of shipping.


If your item arrives damaged, you received a faulty item or you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can offer the most appropriate solution depending on the issue.

To receive a refund, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
A refund will be provided within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.


Returned goods are subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged (except manufacturing defect) is non-returnable.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
